Heart and Vascular Care
Our cardiologists offer heart and vascular services that extend from prevention and wellness through diagnosis and treatment to cardiac rehabilitation. A team of experienced cardiologists, CRH Cardiology Group, is based in Douglas, GA, with several offices in surrounding areas to better serve South Georgia, including our beautiful office in Valdosta, GA.
The Heart & Vascular Center at Coffee Regional Medical Center has two Cardiac Catheterization Laboratories. The center features two state-of-the-art cath labs with equipment to detect the presence of blockages or other evidence of heart disease, to evaluate blood flow to the heart and how well the heart is pumping, and to help determine needed treatment. We offer intervention services and are able to place stents during cardiac catheterization procedures. The lab is staffed by experienced physicians, nurses, and technologists specially trained in digital cardiac imaging. CRMC’s large radiology department also provides nuclear and other diagnostic imaging that is helpful in diagnosing and treating heart disease.
Located next door to CRH Cardiology Group, Coffee Regional Medical Center’s Heart & Vascular Center offers both emergency and scheduled cardiac catheterization services. Each year, many patients with cardiac emergencies are treated in the hospital’s state-of-the-art emergency department, open 24/7.
